I certify that I have full legal rights to use and transfer all pieces of work in my designs. Any externally sourced imagery, sounds, or video, are either free to use or a proper license has been purchased for the project. You certify that any works you submit to me are properly licensed or are fully owned by you or your organization.


Confidentiality:

If confidentiality is required for this project, please inform me in advance and we will discuss a plan forward.


Usage Rights:

At the end of the project, once payment is received you’ll receive all copyrights to the work. I will only reserve the right to use this work as a piece on my portfolio. Please discuss with me if you wish for me to waive my moral rights to the project as well, once completed. An additional fee will apply to the invoice at the end.


Additional Costs

If you require any physical orders for this project, including costs to print and other materials required, the appropriate cost for the materials will be added as an extra fee on your invoice prior to a signature. Any revisions other than what is included in the contract and plan will be subject to a $350.00 fee for each revision, and the full amount of this fee must be paid before any revisions are started.


Payment

No work will be started until 50% payment and signature are received.
All payments should be made in Canadian dollars (CAD). Please submit the signed contract along with 50% payment to begin this project. The final 50% must be submitted once the project is complete in order for me to transfer copyright and usage rights to you. Deposit must be paid by the deadline in order for this proposal to remain valid. For late payments, a $150.00 fee will apply per day late. 13.00% Ontario HST is included in the cost. The deposit, once paid along with your signature, will not be refunded if the project is cancelled. The reference number for this project is also the invoice number.
